A very successful event held on Thursday 13th September at 12pm. Danny Pearson, State Member for Essendon was the Guest Speaker. He also launched $500K “The Little Things” Aged Care Research Project on behalf of the Minister for Training and Skills, Gayle Tierney.
This Project was funded by the Workforce Training and Innovation Fund and Farnham Street are partnering with Aged Care Organisations: Meaningful Ageing Australia, Jewish Care, Arcare and Uniting Agewell as well as Learn Local RTO's: Laverton Community Integrated Services, WCIG and the Centre in Wangaratta.
Gerard Mansour, Commissioner for Senior Victorians, Emma King, CEO of VCOSS and Nicole Marshall, Moonee Valley Councillor were also present.
